I have worked extensively with Calendar Club on their ecommerce platform website, analysing their performance through leveraging heatmap and survey tools for qualatitive user feedback and using my own expertise to make recommendations directly to the client.

Visiting their site several times and having regular calls and contact, many of my recommendations have been actioned on their live site.
